Our Approach
At The Wellness Zest, a fitness class is just the beginning.
Our approach – what we call Beyond Fitness – means we’re not just training the body physically — it’s a space where confidence grows, body awareness is practiced, energy is listened to and worked with, and mindset shifts begin.
You might show up for the physical activity — but what you take away often goes far beyond the workout.
I started Wellness Zest because I saw how often we disconnect from our energy—our joy, our instincts, our truth—while chasing balance. I wanted to create a space where people could pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, without judgment or pressure.
My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for your inner rhythm. I believe wellness is not about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering yourself.
Whether it’s a one-to-one session or a creative group experience, I hold space that’s calm, playful, and intuitively attuned. I listen beyond the surface and respond with warmth, humour, and honesty.
People often tell me they feel lighter after a session—not because something was solved, but because they felt truly seen.
Wellness Zest experiences are nourishing, grounding, and quietly energising. Expect gentle structure with room for spontaneity. Expect soulful questions, joyful rituals, creative expression, and a soft nudge toward clarity. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” here—just honest, heart-led connection that supports your unique journey.
I love when someone says, “I never looked at it that way before.” I light up when people drop their shoulders and reconnect with their creative spark—when they remember they’re allowed to feel good, take up space, and try something new. That moment of reconnection—that spark of zest—is why I do what I do.
At The Wellness Zest, every service is part of a bigger picture. While some may join just for the fitness classes, what we offer is a path — one that supports your body, mind, and lifestyle at every stage.
Whether you’re here to move, learn, or take your well-being further, there’s a natural path to follow — and you can join at any stage, at your own pace.
After years of teaching, I’ve seen people leave a class feeling more than just physically worked, they leave more in tune, more confident, and sometimes even more hopeful to make meaningful lifestyle changes.
What starts as a simple class often becomes a stepping stone to something deeper. And that’s the space I love to hold for people.
